Plant a tree
with 2BMAt 2BM, we need your help to make the world greener

We make a difference together
The initiative started in 2020, when 2BM had its 20th anniversary. Since then, we have planted 100 trees every month for the ‘One Tree Planted’ project, and you can help make the number rise.
When you sign up for our newsletter, which keeps you up to date on the latest SAP trends and 2BM events, we plant a tree for you – at our expense. I think that’s what you call win-win, isn’t it?
Each month we will inform about the number of trees we have planted together. We will also talk about the development of the project and the difference we create together for a greener world.
In 2BM, we take an active part in the UN Sustainable Development Goals and basically help look after our planet and make the world a better place. We set the bar high, but if we all contribute a little, it makes a big difference in the end.

Planting trees makes a difference
One Tree Planted is a non-profit environmental charity on the mission of global reforestation. In 2BM we support this project by planting trees in North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
As a reforestation partner, we contribute to a healthier climate, protection of biodiversity and helping reforestation efforts around the world. By signing up for our newsletter, you can also help with getting trees in the ground to restore forests after fires and floods, create jobs, build communities, and protect habitat for biodiversity.
How trees help biodiversity?
- Provide homes, playgrounds, and hiding spots from predators
- Provide not only food and water, but entire food chains
- Create and hold soil together for a nutrient-rich forest floor
- Grow plants that we humans use as life-saving medicine
- Create oxygen and absorb pollution, keeping our air clean
- Slow the flow of stormwater, helping to clean the water and contribute to global water cycles
About One Tree Planted in Albertine Rift in Uganda
Both the wildlife habitat and the partnership between One Tree Planted and the Jane Goodall Institute are incredibly special. he objective is to restore and preserve nature for biodiversity while also supporting local communities. 3 million trees will be planted in the Albertine Rift forests of Uganda as part of a broad and long-term initiative that will connect forests for wildlife, establish tree nurseries, strengthen forest monitoring and law enforcement to prevent future deforestation.
About One Tree Planted in California
California’s forests provide innumerable benefits, including clean water and air, habitat for wildlife, and beautiful scenery. Healthy forests also play an important role in addressing climate change. Five years of drought have seriously damaged California’s forests. 2017’s record-breaking wildfire season burned more than 1.3 million acres – an area the size of Delaware. 2020’s fire season has consumed close to 3 million acres, resulting in hundreds of millions of trees that will need to be restored.
