New Sales Director in 2BM

With Karina Vittrup as new Sales Director, one of Denmark’s largest SAP Partners, 2BM, is adapting to the digital transformation that 2BM’s clients are facing.

One of Denmark’s largest specialized SAP Partners, 2BM, has appointed Karina Vittrup as Sales Director as of 1st of August. Karina Vittrup most recently comes from Deloitte, where she was the Sales Director of a Nordic client program in an organization focusing on strategic clients with a growth strategy and large business transformations.

In 2BM, Karina Vittrup will be responsible for sales and marketing, including the implementation of a new sales strategy, which according to CEO Lars Bork Dylander will strengthen 2BM and its clients in two important areas.

Commercial excellence in 2BM

“Firstly, with Karina in charge, we wish to create a commercially focused organization where everyone participates in the cooperation with the clients. Today, it is important that the clients are not met with only one type of profile, but dedicated specialists with different roles and competences, each of which creates value in the partnership with our clients.”

A market undergoing transformation

“Secondly, Karina joins at an important time for 2BM, our clients, and the market in which we operate. Many of our clients are in the middle of or about to undergo a digital transformation, where they need to migrate their ERP system to SAP S/4HANA with unlimited opportunities to utilize data and intelligence. It simply places very different demands on us as a trusted partner. That’s why we’re very pleased to bring Karina, her skills and mindset into the team,” he says.

From traditional to innovative

According to Karina Vittrup, a traditional consultancy approach where specialists go solo, cannot work when consultancies try to match the complex challenges faced by companies as a result of digital transformation.

“Today you can’t drive sales forward as a one-man band. You need to set a team where specialists with different strengths and qualifications, advise and work with the client. On large strategic projects it will be difficult to match the client’s expectations if you go solo. Instead, it is 2BM as a business partner who joins the customer’s journey into the new business dimension that digitalization creates.”

Digitalization must also strengthen 2BM itself

“We also need to take our own medicine because we also need to become better at leveraging digital platforms to strengthen communication with clients and achieve even better knowledge of their situation and specific needs. It has to become frictionless to cooperate with 2BM,” she says.
