Direct Sales Manager

Our offices are based in central Copenhagen and Aarhus. 2BM Software is a modern organisation and we operate as a virtual organisation with a hybrid model, where you can work from home/anywhere and check in at the offices if needed. We would like to see you at the office, but we would rather have you working and interacting with clients closing deals. Your duties and responsibilities
You will be part of a team of 15 colleagues, who all work with developing, marketing and selling software for companies using SAP for maintenance, service and warehouse. Your colleagues are experts within their field, and you will have influence on new developments as part of the feedback you will receive from both existing and new clients.
2BM Software is part of an overall SAP delivery and consulting organisation of approximately 80 SAP experts in Denmark, covering the entire SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA Business Application – i.e. Finance, Logistics and HR, and, in addition, a service centre with colleagues who supports our customers.
2BM Software is a treasured member of the biggest valued added reseller organization for SAP in the world – UNITED VARs – with more than 70 partners covering 100 countries making our products available globally.
Your duties as a sales manager will include:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Respond to RfP’s and write proposals
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Plan the sales strategy, and reach your targets
- Support our Partner Manager and partner with qualifying leads before handing them over to the local partner sales efforts
- Interact with marketing to ideate on campaigns and marketing efforts
- Give input to product material (SAP store, website, one-pagers etc.) in collaboration with the product managers
We place a great deal of importance on your competencies, experience, and personality. We, therefore, have no requirements for specific educational qualifications, although a bachelor degree or similar is a plus. However, the most important aspects for us are your hunter instinct and you think sales and targets 24/7. As our clients are worldwide, you would need to be able to communicate in English at C-level, both oral and in writing. It is important that you are proactive and can work with sales activities, demos, presentations, and proposals, independently but also in collaboration with the team.
