We are a growing company, looking for a dedicated Account Manager to handle sales responsibility for a number of customers. 2BM is a leading IT consultancy within SAP and we provide consulting, licensing, implementation, and application management to Danish and international business.

As an Account Manager at 2BM, you will become part of a consultancy specializing in SAP, and it will be your most important task to advise and sell our services and products to existing, as well as new potential customers. The market for SAP services is growing and you will be an important part of a team that works purposefully to realize our goals and at the same time bring value to our customers in the form of good advice that supports their business decisions.

To succeed in the job, it is important that you dare to reach out and create contact, have a good situational awareness, that you can communicate at all levels in a company, and that you thrive in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment.

Your duties and responsibilities

The core of the job as Account Manager within SAP services is the good contact with customers, which consists of large and medium-sized companies. Among other tasks, you will take care of the outreach contact to new customers, where you are involved from the very beginning in the selection of target groups and research of potential customers, where our services must be presented. Together with the customer, you will find out how a collaboration can create the most value for the customer.

In addition, it will also be your task to advise and care for existing customers who are already customers of 2BM, and continuously renegotiate their current agreement. Most importantly, you focus on building long-term relationships and are passionate about developing your own customer portfolio.

Your profile

  • You are outgoing by nature and have become acquainted with sales and customer contact previously and, if you have experience with sales of software, it is an advantage.
  • You have completed a relevant professional/commercial education at the level of bachelor and/or master’s level from CBS or similar educational institution.
  • You have strong competences in oral and written communication in Danish and English.
  • You are proactive, structured, and self-driving with a great natural drive.
  • You are passionate about creating long-term customer relationships.
  • You have an understanding of digital platforms and CRM systems and understand how to maintain some data discipline.
  • You are curious to learn new things.
